Added support for both CODE (for inline code markup) and PRE (for multi-line block markup)

[| at the start of a line will start a PRE section. The benefits of a PRE section is that whitespace is preserved.

[| anywhere else within a line will start a CODE section. The benefits of a CODE section is that it can be placed within a line without starting a new paragraph.
