Modified handling of displaying code snippets in wiki pages to avoid code sections forcing new paragraphs

Previously this wiki markup:

Hello [| test inside |] World

would be displayed like this:

Hello

test inside

World

---

Now it will be displayed like this:

Hello test inside World

Note that the HTML generated now uses <code> rather than <pre> so you may wish to update your CSS stylesheets.
