bLADE Wiki - 2.14.0 released

Modified dialogs to allow them to remain open on desktop version

Previously, all dialogs* such as the "Delete Pages" form were modal - once launched, they prevented the rest of the wiki from being used.

This has now been altered - forms can be left open, and will reflect any updates made elsewhere such as pages created, deleted or renamed.

* The exception was the Page Navigator form - which could be left open, but would not be updated to reflect changes made elsewhere such as pages created, deleted or renamed. This has been fixed.
